We work with you to understand and support your child in a safe space with play, arts and sand therapy which allows a window into your child's inner world and encourages a safe expression and promotes better connection and presence.

Family Therapy
Family Therapy

We believe families function as a sort of system. When one is struggling, everyone is. We can help all members of the family by engaging everyone in therapy.

Relationship Therapy
Relationships

First and foremost, couple counselling works by giving you the chance to be heard. Your counsellor will give you both all the time you need to talk, sob, shout or just think.

Depression Therapy
Depression

When you seek counselling for depression, you will speak confidentially with a counsellor who is trained to help you with your symptoms.

Anger
Anger Management

If you have noticed problems with angry outbursts or long-term rage, then it is time to seek counselling with a professional.

Anxiety Disorders
Anxiety Disorders

Anxiety becomes problematic when it is excessive, persistent and disproportionate to the actual circumstances that exist. Therapy offers a warm, empathic, safe and confidential environment in which the therapist and you collaboratively work towards understanding the underlying causes and triggers of your anxiety.

Stress
Stress

Stress can affect how you feel, think, behave and how your body works. Talking with a professional can help you to understand your own patterns and behaviour around stress, identify stressors and give you strategies and skills to manage the stress in your life.

Bereavement
Bereavement & Grief

Grief and loss impacts all aspects of our physical & emotional well-being and can impair our daily lives. Bereavement Counselling and Psychotherapy can help with this painful experience of loss.

LGBT
LBGTQ

Depression, anxiety and low self-esteem are issues that can affect everyone, however, LGBT individuals can have other sources of mental distress which are experienced because of their sexual orientation. The comfort and safety provided in the therapy room will allow you explore complex and painful emotions as they arise.

Trauma
Trauma & PTSD

Trauma has been defined in reference to circumstances that are outside the realm of normal human experience. Psychotherapy is the most effective form of treatment for trauma. Therapy can enable people who have experienced trauma, develop plans to stay safe and grounded.
